Heavy breakfast plate: crack eggs into a parchment-lined air fryer basket, tuck in mozzarella balls and smoked sausage, add a dollop of pesto and air-fry at 180°C for 15 minutes. A loaded one-basket breakfast.

    Crack 5 eggs directly into the basket, spacing them evenly.

    Add small mozzarella balls and pieces of hunters sausage between the eggs.
