Garlic pepper beef pockets: brown beef in a glossy soy-garlic glaze, fold into tortilla pockets with mozzarella, seal with a flour paste and air-fry at 180°C until golden. Sticky, savoury and handheld.

Waffle meat sandwich: spread seasoned raw ground beef on toast, layer cheese and jalapeño, top with a second slice and cook in a waffle maker for 5 minutes — the beef cooks through inside crispy, patterned bread.
