A whole block of feta baked with eggs in the air fryer until melty, then forked through into creamy Mediterranean swirls and rolled into a tortilla. Restaurant-quality from one dish.

Instructions

    Place the whole block of feta in the center of a silicone baking dish.

    Crack 4 eggs around the feta.

    Sprinkle with dried oregano and tomato flakes, then add a generous drizzle of olive oil.

    Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.

    Take the dish out and mix everything with a fork — the melted feta swirls through the eggs. The texture should be creamy, neither dry nor wet.
